This policy explains how Avenue Right, Inc. handles information collected through https://www.avenueright.com. It applies to this website only.
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number, area of interest, and message that you enter. We use that information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and to carry out any work you go on to ask us for.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the pages. Google Analytics sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, roughly where you are located, the type of device you are using, and the site or search that sent you here. IP addresses are anonymized.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics opt out browser add on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and request details, for security and reliability purposes.
Advertising services we run for clients
Avenue Right plans and manages advertising on platforms such as Google, Meta, and streaming services on behalf of our clients. That work is governed by our agreements with those clients and by the privacy policies of the platforms involved. It is separate from this website.
Third parties
We share information with service providers only where it is necessary to run this site or to respond to you, for example our website host, our email provider, and Google Analytics. We do not share it for any other reason unless the law requires it.
Data retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the relationship, and then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics property.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@avenueright.com or call 701-356-3212 and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
